I’m delighted to be back in London after a few weeks away, and relishing being back in school finishing Phase 1 of the British Academy of Rolfing and Structural Integration. The cool, crisp air reminds me that September is around the corner and with it, some new yoga classes and cover classes at Indaba Yoga Studio and The Life Centre.
