Service Description

a 75-90 minute brisk walk with optional intervals for running and other forms of cardio with yoga sequences dispersed throughout the walk, in the beautiful Surrey heathland.

Cancelation Policy

For all cancellations I request 48 hours notice. If your cancellation is due to an extenuating circumstance, please contact me and I use discretion in whether or not a cancellation fee will be applied. Please note, in most situations you will be charged.
