Wrangler has a rich history of being a rugged, cowboy brand, and as the denim market widened, they were in need of updating their brand image, their clothing styles, and their website.
In a short (2 day) pitch, we took a brief from their branding agency, BSUR, and created the screens to the left as a result. We aimed to create something that would speak to a broad audience, yet update the brand and allow the user to navigate through the site with ease, based on their needs for finding information, yet still in line with the Wrangler brand and heritage. Read more below each screen shot.

The proposed homepage made suggestions on look and feel, layout, navigation and content. The primary navigation has been brought in line with both the user's needs - to find the clothing that the are looking for, and the brand's core values - heritage, quality and unique distinguishing features of the clothing.
In addition to a dynamic main area on the homepage to show off the product in 'not quite urban, but not completely country' landscapes, we also suggested space on the homepage for promotions, contests and other participation-based content.
